BEFORE WE GET TO WORK
Good questions.
Clear answers.
From the first photo to the final clean-up. Here’s how we handle the details.
Getting started
Do you take small handyman jobs?
Yes. Small repairs, installations and maintenance are part of what we do. Put related tasks in one request so we can review the full list, materials and access together.
Explore handyman repairsHow do I get an estimate?
Open our estimate request form, add your contact and property details, and describe the work. You can attach project photos there too. No account is needed. Our office reviews the request and contacts you about the scope and next step; submitting does not book a visit.
Request an estimateCan you give a price from photos?
Photos can help us discuss an initial ballpark for smaller tasks. A larger remodel, concealed damage or work involving several trades needs an on-site review before a firm scope is agreed.
What photos should I send with my request?
Start with a wide photo that shows the whole area, then add a close-up of the damage or detail. For a repair list, include the different tasks. Send project photos through the app form; keep private documents, payment details and unrelated people out of the photos.
How soon can you start?
Availability depends on the work, materials and the current schedule. Include your preferred timing in the request. We will confirm the next step rather than promise a start date before reviewing the job.
The work & materials
Do I need to supply the materials?
We usually supply rough materials such as lumber, drywall and plumbing pipe. You can choose finish items such as tile, lighting and faucets, and we can discuss pickup or product recommendations. Product details, quantities, supply and pickup are agreed in the estimate.
Can you handle repairs and remodeling together?
Yes. Tell us about all the work, including small tasks around the main project. We can discuss a combined plan for the room, finishes and related repairs.
Explore remodelingWhat if more work is needed once the job starts?
Concealed damage or a requested change can affect the agreed scope. We discuss and document additions for your approval. Any additional charge not approved during the work must be itemized and presented for your agreement before final payment.
Can you work at a business or managed property?
We review commercial repair and improvement requests. Include access hours, the site contact, approval requirements and any vendor documentation needed.
Commercial servicesWorkmanship & care
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Everything Knoxville Handyman provides licensed and insured service. If your project needs particular permits, credentials or specialist work, we will confirm the applicable requirements and who will perform that scope before work is booked.
Do you clean up after the work?
We use drop cloths and plastic barriers to help contain dust, clean up at the end of each work day and do a final deep clean when the project is finished. Debris removal, protection of occupied rooms and the final handover are covered in the agreed scope.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a limited one-year workmanship warranty starting at completion of the agreed work. It covers defects caused by our workmanship, with product failures, normal wear and damage outside our work treated separately. Contact the office with your project reference and photos so we can review the concern.

Which areas do you serve?
Our service area includes Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Powell and nearby communities. Share the property ZIP code so we can confirm the location and availability.
See service areasIs submitting a form a confirmed booking?
No. It starts a conversation about the work. Scope, pricing, access and scheduling need to be agreed before a visit or project is booked.
How can I update a request or ask about past work?
Call (865) 535-7770 or email office@everythinghandyman.com. Include your request reference if you have one, and describe the change or the item you want us to review.
Payments & terms
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified and agreed. Your estimate or project agreement states any deposit, progress-payment schedule or different due date.
Payment informationWill my project need a deposit?
It depends on the scope, total cost and materials that need to be ordered. The office explains any deposit amount and what it covers in your written project terms.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Contact the office as soon as possible. We review the schedule, authorized completed work, ordered materials and any unused deposit under your written agreement. Applicable cancellation rights still apply.
