Project information

Payment terms

Payment timing, deposits, accepted methods, project changes and cancellations.

Everything Knoxville Pro Handyman LLC provides services under the Everything Knoxville Handyman brand. Payment is due upon completion unless different terms have been specified and agreed. Your written estimate and project agreement identify the work, price and any project-specific payment arrangements.

When payment is due

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified and agreed. If your project uses a deposit, progress payments or a different due date, those arrangements will be stated in the written estimate or agreement. Contact the office before payment if a charge or completed item needs clarification.

Ways to pay

We accept ACH, Venmo, check, cash, debit cards and credit cards. We do not add a company transaction fee for ACH, Venmo, check or cash payments. Confirm the payment instructions and total with the office before authorizing payment. Fees charged separately by your own bank or payment provider are outside this company-fee statement.

Card payments

Confirm the available card-payment options and final total with the office before authorizing payment. Any credit-card surcharge must be disclosed before payment and itemized on the receipt. Debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged. This website does not add a card fee or collect your card details.

Deposits & materials

Whether a deposit is required depends on the project scope, total cost and materials that need to be ordered. We set the amount for the individual project and explain the amount, due date and what it covers in writing before collecting it.

What the price includes

Your estimate identifies the agreed work, included materials and any preparation, protection, disposal or cleanup included in the price. Ask about exclusions and customer-supplied items before work begins.

Additional work & final-bill approval

Requested additions, changed selections and concealed damage can affect the scope and price. We discuss and document changes for your approval. If an additional charge was not approved during the work, it must be itemized and presented for your agreement before final payment; it is not treated as accepted simply because it appears on the bill. Raise a disputed charge with the office so it can be reviewed.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Contact the office as soon as you need to cancel or move a project. We will review the schedule, work already authorized and completed, and materials ordered for your job. Any proposed charge for completed work or nonreturnable special-order materials must be itemized and supported by the agreed project terms. Unused deposit funds and any refund are reviewed against those documented costs. This page does not impose a fixed cancellation penalty or override an applicable right to cancel or receive a refund.

Repair & finish expectations

Color, sheen, texture, age and lighting can affect how a localized repair matches an existing surface. The estimate should distinguish a spot repair from replacement or repainting of a larger area. Discuss finish expectations and any known limitations as part of the scope.

Billing questions

Email office@everythinghandyman.com or call (865) 535-7770 with the estimate or invoice reference and the item you want reviewed. Project-specific written terms and applicable rights govern; this general summary does not create an additional late fee or payment penalty.
