Everything Knoxville Pro Handyman LLC operates this website under the Everything Handyman and Everything Knoxville Handyman brands. The site describes services and lets you contact the office. Sending a form starts a project conversation; it does not confirm an appointment, approve a price or authorize work.
Estimate requests
Availability, the property location, existing conditions and the scope need to be reviewed before work is confirmed. Photos can start that review but do not verify concealed conditions or replace an on-site assessment where needed.
Service information & images
Descriptions explain the kinds of work to discuss with the office. Company gallery images show work subjects and details; they do not establish that a pictured job took place in a particular neighborhood. Geographic photographs are identified separately.
Your project agreement
The approved estimate and written project agreement identify the scope, price, materials, timing and payment arrangements. Additions and other charges require your agreement. Website information does not replace the signed project documents or any cancellation notice required for your particular transaction.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a limited one-year workmanship warranty starting when the agreed work is completed. It covers defects caused by our workmanship in that scope. Contact the office within the warranty period with the project reference, a description and photos if available, and allow us to assess the concern and arrange corrective work where covered.
What the workmanship warranty excludes
The workmanship warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, damage caused by others, or new leaks, movement or other conditions outside our agreed work. A product or customer-supplied material failure is separate from workmanship; an installation defect caused by our work is still reviewed as workmanship. Previously disclosed finish limitations and work outside the approved scope are not a promise of a larger replacement or full-room refinish.
Reviewing a workmanship concern
Please contact us before authorizing another contractor to alter the affected work so we can inspect it. Reimbursement for third-party work requires our written agreement, except where applicable rights provide otherwise. Covered corrective labor is arranged through our team. Product warranties, any additional written project terms and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain separate.
Cancelling a project
Contact the office promptly about cancellation or rescheduling. Completed authorized work, ordered materials and any unused deposit are reviewed under the written project agreement. This general page does not waive a statutory cancellation right or impose a blanket nonrefundable deposit.
