Everything Knoxville Pro Handyman LLC operates the Everything Handyman website and provides local service as Everything Knoxville Handyman. This notice explains how website inquiries and project information are handled. You do not need an account to request an estimate. Please leave payment details, identity documents and unrelated sensitive information out of your message and photos.
Information in your request
The callback asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, ZIP code and permission to contact you about the request. A project note is optional. Contact Us also requires project details and allows photos. Requests record the submitting website and page, related service or area, and the page that sent you to Contact Us so the office knows what you were looking for.
How it is used
Request details are saved for the office to review the work and contact you. An office email alert points the team to the request. The permission recorded by the form is to contact you about that request; it is not marketing or automated text-message consent. We do not sell your personal information to other companies for their marketing.
Project photos
Only attach photos you have permission to share. Keep people, payment information, documents and unrelated private belongings out of view. Project uploads are for assessing your request and are not automatically added to the public gallery. We obtain separate permission before using customer-submitted request photos in public marketing.
Processing & protection
Vercel hosts the website and processes its form submissions. Our dashboard at app.everythinghandyman.com uses Cloudflare services to store request records and private attachments. Resend delivers office email alerts. These providers process information needed to run those services. Request records and attachments are restricted to authorized company access. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses; the intake uses a derived visitor identifier to limit repeated submissions.
How long we keep requests & photos
We keep estimate requests and uploaded project photos without a fixed automatic deletion period, including requests that do not become a job. They remain business records for project follow-up and reference. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact office@everythinghandyman.com. We may need to verify your request and consider any records we need to retain before responding.
Optional analytics & browser storage
Optional Google Analytics measures page visits and contact actions only when it is enabled on the published site and you choose to allow it. If optional analytics are disabled, no analytics events are sent to Google. Our custom events exclude names, contact details, ZIP codes, project descriptions, photos and request references. Google also processes technical and browser information when analytics is allowed. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to keep it off or withdraw permission for future collection. The site remembers that choice for up to 180 days. It also uses browser storage for request retry identifiers and display preferences; those are separate from optional analytics.
