Removal, disposal, moisture conditions, subfloor repairs, room access and trim affect the scope. Product claims about water resistance do not fix an underlying leak or damp subfloor.

Yes. Send the product details and room measurements before ordering so coverage, accessories and installation requirements can be discussed.
Do you remove and dispose of old flooring?
Yes. We remove old carpet, laminate, tile, vinyl and hardwood as part of a flooring replacement when included in the estimate. We also assess the exposed subfloor before the new floor goes down. Removal, haul-away and any repairs are listed in the written scope.
What happens if the subfloor needs repair?
We assess the supporting floor and can include patching, repairs and leveling before installation. Concrete slabs and older floors may need different preparation. Concealed damage found after removal is discussed before additional work proceeds.
Do you also install carpet and laminate?
Yes. Carpet work can include old carpet removal, pad replacement, installation, stretching and edge finishing. Laminate work includes the selected underlayment, fitted planks and doorway transitions. Send the rooms, measurements and product details with your request.
Do you install tile floors too?
Yes. Our tile service includes bathroom, kitchen and entryway floors, as well as shower walls and kitchen backsplashes. The supporting surface and wet-area preparation are part of the estimate. Tile floor, shower and backsplash services
